Today's been a report writing day (and still is...).  Not so much a fan of desk jobs.  Kind of feel like a hampster stuck on a wheel...staring at it hoping it will move.  Now for more green tea to get the wheel spinning.

I'm enterering a whole new new world of blogging possiblites...posting straight from my phone!  I've been expressing myself more and more with pictures recently, I may start some type of picture(s) of the day...we'll see.  :)

Too much experimenting?

So I've been experimenting with my blog design recently...as I've been inspired by my friends cool blogs.  It's been fun, but I must say I'm grateful for rvblogdesigns.com because I know when I finally get to the place that I have irreversibly messed it up I can pay them to make it look cool.

Working from home...

Here we are again...another month has gone by without an update. So sad. But alas, in a last ditch effort to continue avoiding doing the work I was supposed to be doing all day as I "worked from home," I'll take a minute (or 20) to update the world (picture style).

I miss ranch, cheese (esp on pizza), and creamy soups. :( This whole body not liking dairy thing is getting old.

The Tree

I finished decorating the Christmas tree...I could stare at it all day. As for the rest of the apartment...well, it's in transition. :)

Stuff and Save and then reStuff and Save

So this is my inspirational post to do some fall cleaning. In the past day I've cleaned out three Old Navy's during their Stuff and Save sale and my closet.

This is a picture of my restuffed Old Navy bag with my old clothes on it's way out the door to the Big Brothers Big Sisters clothing donations drop off bins (click here for a list of where they are at) down the road from me. So I stuffed and saved money and then restuffed and saved kids from humiliation. And my closet can now breath a HUGE sigh of relief that as it was getting a little cramped. It actually feels good to have only the clothes I wear in my closet...much more efficient.

Clearly this post was not meant to simply tell you that I donated clothes...it was to encourage my dear friends to do the same. I was really inspired to donate this week when one of my kids told me he was rewashing the one pair of socks he had every day. Yep, here in KC lady's and gentlemen. Get that crap out of your closet so other people can enjoy it while it's still somewhat in style.
